On Wrapping (and Unwrapping) Gifts

I officially hate wrapping presents.  I should just opt to always use gift bags because wrapping shit in wrapping paper is one of the most frustrating things I can think of.  It creates a whole bunch of unnecessary rage directed toward inanimate objects that are not even intended to be of my ownership, but are instead being prepared to be gifted to others.   With that being said, all the loathing and hate I can direct to the process of wrapping, I tend to be a relatively respectful unwrapper of presents, not liking the whole mad rush of tearing paper to shreds to get to the contents within.  I suppose my hatred of wrapping presents should illicit a more violent unwrapping in turn, but perhaps philosophically, I have deemed it more befitting to treat the colorful festive paper with a degree of respect in its removal.

Just wanted to share.  Hope everybody of the Christian persuasion is having a lovely Christmas day.
