Burger Grease . . . A New Art Medium?

I cannot tell if this video appearing on A Hamburger Today is amazing, disturbing, or strangly arousing (in the sense that I love burgers and haven’t had one for some time).  All around interesting.  Right?  I’m not wrong about that am I?
